超越新内生发展视角下多元主体推动乡村特色化多功能转型的过程与机制——以南京佘村为例

Abstract Discussions on the promotion of multifunctional village transformation guided by Western neoendogenous development theory are increasing. Drawing on reflections regarding the local applicability of neo-endogenous development theory in China, this article proposes a concept that transcends neoendogenous development and presents a case study of She Village in Nanjing's Jiangning District. It empirically examines the process and mechanisms of characteristic multifunctional transformation in villages through the participation of multiple actors, employing field surveys and actor-network analysis. The findings indicate that: 1) there are fundamental differences in the roles of the state and local actors between China and the West, rendering Western neo-endogenous development theory inapplicable to the research and practice of rural development in China; 2) Beyond the neo-endogenous development involves a combination of national top-level design guidance and local independent exploration. 3) The case study village has experienced a multifunctional transformation process, evolving from a single focus on farmers' living accommodation and production security to the integration of rural living and ecological characteristics. 4) The case villages is a dynamic development led by the government, wherein the resources and functions of rural characteristics are progressively enhanced.
